Lisheen Mines, Vedanta (Formally Anglo American Corp.)

Design manufacture and erection of above ground tanks, storage and process vessels. Installation of above ground process equipment and piping. Numerous other design and fabrications, plant modifications and upgrades and also a constant maintenance presence.

Design and onsite fabrication of fuel oil storage, demineralised water and firewater tankage for new gas fired power stations. Also general fabrications and installations, including stacks.

CRH(Cement Roadstone Holdings)

Design(process, layout and equipment) fabrication and commissioning of 2 complete sand and gravel screening plants. Including are intake power screens/scalpers, all conveyors up to capacity of 800TPH, and structures whilst working in conjunction with screen supplier, Binder.

Bunge

Design(process, layout and equipment), supply and erection of facility to unload up to Panamax size ships at 1450m3/hr of crushed Soya, distribute to flat store and also a facility to load back to ships at 900m3/hr of crushed rapeseed. Included are conveyors, stationery aspirated unloading hoppers and bulk intake and outloading systems for both rail wagons and trucks.

Design, fabrication and erection of SPBB's (Seaport Passenger Boarding Bridge) for Port of Rosslare Ireland. Design Fabrication and erection of Rail, Road and Footbridges for numerous locations through their network.

Numerous plant expansions, line replacements and upgrades. Included in our scope was design fabrication and erection of conveying systems, aspiration systems, process and storage systems and general installation and assembly of equipments.

Design from concept through to detailed design of high temperature expansion stacks for CHP plant steam bypass. Also included was fabrication and installation. Also the fabrication of high standard stainless steel platforming and piping.
